About Rebecca Lucian

Rebecca Lucian, grew up in Waterbury, CT, and is a mom to two children. Rebecca has over
four (4) years’ experience in the real estate industry. She received a B.A. in Legal Studies from
Post University. She began her career as a paralegal in a law firm dedicated to closing real
estate transactions, and after a few years decided to obtain her real estate license in 2020.
Rebecca has closed several transactions primarily with first time homeowners. Her expertise of
Waterbury and the surrounding areas strongly benefits her clients in their search. When she is
not attending to business she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and cheffing it up in
the kitchen.
Her years spent in the legal field helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the
best service to her clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic,
attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and
at ease with the process of buying, selling, or leasing a home by providing clear communication
and updates along the way.
