Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Watertown, CT.

Josephine was wonderful, she was professional and on top of every detail. She was able to communicate with all parties including the bank on documents need etc. When I encounter a potential issue that could delay the closing she stepped in communicating with the bank on my behalf to ensure we closed with out penalty due to an untimely request from the bank for an inspection to be done a couple days before closing which caused a little anxiety on my part. Josephine was able to make it happen and ensured I did not get penalized due to the closing date changing. This is just one specific example of her going above and beyond.
